6.  ⚠️ Amendment to Master Deed and By-Laws as contained in Deed Book 4371, Page 959

⚠️[AMENDMENTS ADOPTED WITHOUT AN OPEN MEETING OR A MEMBER VOTE]⚠️

Our Governing Documents state that amendments require approval from at least 75% of unit owners.  But in 2021, the Board of Directors changed the Master Deed and By-Laws without holding any open meetings, providing notice, or sharing information with the owners.

There are many changes affecting everyone, and one of most concerning is a new clause that names the Association as an "Additional Insured" on the unit owner's insurance policy  (NOT to be confused with "Additional Interest").

DATE: 09/13/2021 Amendments to Section 16 of the Master Deeds and  Article VI, Section 3 of the By-Laws regarding insurance coverage and claims.
